Thai Cookery Course

While up in Chiang Mai I went on a cookery course with a couple of girls I met on the train up. Had a brilliant day - went out to a proper local Thai market (complete with live fish, someone making coconut cream/milk and the like!), then went out to an organic farm where we picked the fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices that we went on to cook with.
